Ingredients:
- 200g pork belly, sliced
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp five-spice powder
- Rice paper
- Lettuce leaves
- Cucumber, julienned
- Carrot, julienned
- Mint leaves
- Coriander leaves
- Sweet and sour fish sauce
Instructions:
- In a bowl, marinate the pork belly with fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar, honey, garlic, black pepper, and five-spice powder. Mix well and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat a grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the pork belly until cooked through and slightly charred, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- To assemble the rolls, dip a piece of rice paper in warm water until it softens. Place the rice paper on a plate or cutting board.
- Arrange a lettuce leaf on the bottom half of the rice paper. Top with a few slices of grilled pork belly, cucumber, carrot, mint leaves, and coriander leaves.
- Fold the sides of the rice paper inwards and then roll the rice paper tightly, tucking in the fillings as you go. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
- Serve the rolls with sweet and sour fish sauce for dipping.
