- 200g rice noodles
- 200g mixed seafood (shrimp, squid, mussels, etc.)
- 1 liter seafood or chicken broth
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1/2 cup bean sprouts
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
- Prepare the rice noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pot, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and chopped onion, sauté until fragrant and golden.
- Add the mixed seafood and stir-fry for a few minutes until cooked through.
- Pour in the seafood or chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for about 10 minutes.

- Season the soup with fish sauce, soy sauce, sugar, salt, and pepper to taste. Adjust the seasoning according to your preference.
- To serve, divide the cooked rice noodles among serving bowls. Ladle the hot soup over the noodles, making sure to distribute the seafood and vegetables evenly.
- Garnish with fresh herbs such as cilantro and basil. Serve with lime wedges on the side for squeezing over the soup.
